We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Service Cancellation by Customer who has paid using a Credit Card.

Service cancellations received within 14 days of payment may be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the customer and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

We may disclose personal information within Baycloud Systems Ltd but solely for the purposes of fulfilling contractual requirements, maintaining the business and to ensure that the most appropriate individual is party to such information.

You may request details of any personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to:
